Wolves are interested in signing on-loan Juventus full-back Rogerio during the January transfer window, it has been claimed

The Brazilian joined Sassuolo on a two-year loan deal from Juventus in 2017 and is slated to stay at the club until the end of the current season.

However, the 20-year-old full-back’s performances have piqued the interest of several clubs in Europe and his future has come under the scanner this month.

According to Sky Italia, Wolves have probed the possibility of taking Rogerio to England and are interested in signing him from the Italian champions in the winter window.

The newly promoted Premier League outfit want to continue their heavy spending in January as well and the club are considering strengthening their options at full-back.

And it has been claimed that they have identified Rogerio as an option and are keen to hold talks with Juventus over signing him this month.

It is unclear whether Juventus believe that the Brazilian has a long-term future at the club or are prepared to listen to offers for him.

The defender has also been part of Brazil’s Under-20 set-up and has 30 Serie A appearances under his belt.
