Celtic have taken to social media to all but confirm the arrival of Timothy Weah from Paris Saint-Germain.

The United States international is expected to join Celtic on loan until the end of the season.




Celtic fans have been waiting for news of the signing and it was claimed on Monday morning that Weah was flying out to the club's training camp in Dubai to seal the deal.

Now Celtic have all but confirmed the arrival of Weah.
 


The Scottish champions posted a video of them following Weah on Instagram.

Celtic want to add to their attacking options and in Weah feel they have found someone to help in the second half of the season.

The Bhoys have already signed winger Oliver Burke on loan from Nottingham Forest.

Now Weah looks set to follow the wide-man through the door at Celtic Park as the Bhoys look to retain their Scottish crown.

Update: Celtic have confirmed the signing of Weah, annoucing: "Celtic are delighted to announce that Timothy Weah has joined the club on a six-month loan deal from Paris Saint-Germain. The highly-rated 18-year-old has scored two goals in six first-team appearances for PSG, while he has also been capped eight times by the United States."
