Chelsea have agreed to sell Gary Cahill to Fulham, but the defender is unsure on the move, according to Sky Sports News.

Cahill has been frozen out of the first team picture at Stamford Bridge under Maurizio Sarri this season and the Blues are happy for him to depart.

Fulham boss Claudio Ranieri is keen to land the centre-back and it has emerged that Chelsea have agreed a deal with the Cottagers.

But Cahill is not yet convinced by the idea of dropping down to the lower reaches of the Premier League for a relegation scrap with Fulham.

Ranieri would still appear to have work to do to convince the defender to make the move to Craven Cottage.

Cahill could wait until later this month to see what further options emerge, as he plots his next career move.
