Borussia Dortmund are prepared to listen to offers for midfielder Julian Weigl, who has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.

The 23-year-old midfielder was struggling for minutes in the first half of the season and has been more of a key figure in the squad since the winter months.

But Weigl’s future at Dortmund has been under the scanner and Tottenham showed an interest in signing the midfielder during the January transfer window.

And the midfielder could leave the club in the summer as it has been claimed he is not a major part of Dortmund coach Lucien Favre’s plans going ahead.

According to French magazine France Football, Dortmund are ready to consider offers to sell the Germany international once the transfer window rolls out at the end of the season.

It has been suggested that the Bundesliga giants will consider offers in excess of the €25m mark for a player who still two years left to run on his contract.

Paris Saint-Germain have been keen on signing Weigl over the last couple of seasons and could again show interest in the summer.

It also remains to be seen whether Spurs consider rekindling their interest in the German, with Mauricio Pochettino expected to spend money in the forthcoming window.
