Thomas Tuchel will not block Thomas Meunier’s departure from Paris Saint-Germain this summer, amid interest from Manchester United.

The 27-year-old defender will enter the final year of his contract with PSG at the end of the season and there are no serious talks over a new deal between his representatives and the club.

The Belgian has also claimed that the message is clear that his contract is not one of the priorities of PSG and the club would not mind seeing him leave.

His relationship with Tuchel is not smooth and the defender has not been able to play regular football under the PSG boss.

And according to French sports daily L’Equipe, the German coach would not block a move if a club come in for Meunier and try to sign him from the Parisians.

The Belgian is not a huge part of the PSG coach’s plans.

Manchester United have been keeping tabs on the player and he is one of the players who the club are tracking as they look to bring in a new right-back.

Meunier is also a self-confessed Manchester United fan.
