Arsenal linked winger Ismaila Sarr has insisted that if Rennes want him to leave the club this summer he will pack his bags.

The 21-year-old winger has been one of the young stars of Ligue 1 this season, scoring five goals and providing eight assists for his Rennes team-mates in the French top tier.




His performances have piqued the interest of several clubs in Europe and Arsenal are one of the clubs who have been keeping tabs on him with a view to possibly signing the winger in the summer.

But Sarr is unsure what will happen to him at the end of the season and insisted that the decision on his future solely rests on Rennes and their possible plans for him.
 


“I don’t know”, the Senegalese was quoted as saying by French sports daily L'Equipe when asked about his future.

“I still have two years left on my contract.

“If the president tells me, ‘you’re leaving’, I’ll leave and if he says, ‘you’re staying’, I’ll stay.”

Sarr is also a regular for African country Senegal and has 21 international caps to his name so far.
