Chelsea have given permission for Charly Musonda to clock 15 minutes for Vitesse in their next match.

The winger moved on loan to the Dutch Eredivisie club last summer, but repeated injury issues have meant he is yet to even make his debut.

He recently returned to Vitesse after recovering from injury and is looking to do his bit the make sure the side finish in the top seven and then qualify for the Europa League through the playoffs.

Musonda's Vitesse debut could come on Sunday as, according to Dutch daily De Gelderlander, Chelsea's medical staff have given permission for him to play for 15 minutes.

Musonda was quoted as saying: "It took a long time, but my debut is coming."

Vitesse will be looking to take all three points from their home Eredivisie fixture against De Graafschap on Sunday.

They then finish the regular Dutch season on Wednesday night away at VVV-Venlo.
