Chelsea star Cesar Azpilicueta admits that everyone at Stamford Bridge would love Eden Hazard to stay put, after the Blues finished their league campaign with a 0-0 draw at Leicester City.

Blues boss Maurizio Sarri opted to name Hazard on the bench at the King Power Stadium, taking no chances with the Belgian ahead of the Europa League final against Arsenal.

The clash against Leicester was flat, with little to play for, and Hazard was introduced into the action in the 69th minute.

Chelsea fans held up banners calling for Hazard to stay and Azpilicueta admitted after the game that the Blues stars are on the same page.

"He has been an important part of the club for the last seven years", Azpilicueta was quoted as saying by the BBC.

"Everyone here loves him and we would like him to stay with us."

Chelsea have finished third in the league table following their draw at Leicester, and Azpilcueta admits that the Blues feel they showed character in booking that spot in the table.
