Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin insists the Gunners are not scared of locking horns with anyone and playing at any ground, after they scored five against Liverpool at Anfield.

Premier League rivals Arsenal and Liverpool faced off in the EFL Cup round of 16 at Anfield on Wednesday in what ended up as a ten-goal thriller, with the score reading 5-5 at the end of full-time.

The game went into penalties and it was Liverpool who earned the win after 20-year-old goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher saved Dani Ceballos's spot-kick, which was the only miss in the shootout.

While the Reds managed to progress to the final eight of the tournament, Arsenal's captain on the night Bellerin feels there are a lot of positives for the Gunners to take home, but admitted that there were negatives as well.

The Spaniard, who feels pride in his side's performance against the European champions, insists Arsenal are not scared to face anyone or play anywhere, having scored five goals at Liverpool's fortress Anfield.

"So as I say, very gutted but very proud as a team because from the start we went for the game, we went for the win", Bellerin told Arsenal Player.

"We're not scared to play anyone, we're not scared to play anywhere and as I said, there's loads of positives to take.

"Loads of negatives as well, but this is part of the way and we're looking on to the weekend now."

The result meant that Arsenal have scored more than four goals at Anfield on three occasions since first grabbing six at the ground in 2007.
