Crystal Palace are keeping tabs on Daichi Kamada with a view to signing the Lazio midfielder on a free transfer in the summer transfer window.

Kamada joined Lazio on a free transfer from Eintracht Frankfurt last summer but he only signed a one-year deal.

The Japanese midfielder has not been a regular this season but has been key member of the squad at the Stadio Olimpico.

Lazio have an option to extend his contract by two more years but for the moment there is no agreement between the player and the club.

And according to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport (via Calciomercato.com), Crystal Palace are amongst the clubs who are monitoring his situation at Lazio.

The Eagles are keeping an eye on him and are prepared to pounce if Kamada decides to move on from Lazio at the end of the season.

New Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner wants to strengthen several areas of his squad and Kamada is a player the club like.

Eintracht Frankrfurt and Borussia Monchengladbach are also considering him but the midfielder does not want to return to Germany.
