The agent of Saint-Etienne defender Kurt Zouma has insisted that his client is worth at least €10m, the asking price Les Verts are believed to have slapped on his head.

Zouma has long been tipped for the top and his progress with Saint-Etienne over the last 12 months has not gone unnoticed, with his agent having confirmed that Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United are all keen on the 18-year-old.

Saint-Etienne are keen to keep hold of the promising stopper, but appear to have signalled that €10m would force them to reluctantly bid Zouma farewell.

And that is a price his agent is convinced his client is more than worth.

"Zouma is wanted by many clubs", the centre-back’s agent David Venditelli told Tutto Juve.

"We are talking about a young man of great talent and potential that is worth at least €10m.

"It’s an important figure and not one that all clubs are willing to pay."

But, Venditelli insisted, Zouma can count upon some of the continent’s top teams as admirers, increasing the chances that someone will hit the €10m figure.

"Lots of teams in Europe have asked and are interested in the boy.

"In England, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United.

"Spain has seen movement from Atletico Madrid. There are also suitors in Germany. Juventus? I know they have followed him and have an interest in Zouma, but I don’t know if they will pay what the market requires."
