Luis Muriel has not been approached by any English clubs yet, his agent has explained, amid constant speculation linking the Udinese striker with Arsenal and Liverpool.

The Colombian has been turning heads in Serie A and Udinese have been bracing themselves for offers arriving for the goalscorer when the transfer window opens once again in January.

Within Italy, Muriel has been linked with Juventus and AC Milan, as his list of suitors grows.

But in terms of specific interest from England and Arsenal and Liverpool, Helmut Wennin has nothing to report, despite knowing his client is admired.

"Muriel is a talented player and with perspective, I think it is normal that the big clubs follow him carefully", he explained to Calcio News 24.

"I have not had contact with English clubs regarding the future of Luis though."

And in terms of Italian interest, Wennin can shed no light on that either, although he left the door open for contact with the Udinese owning Pozzo family.

"With me there has been no official contact. I do not know if they have had some with the Pozzo family."

At present though Muriel is not being distracted by transfer talk, says Wennin, with international ambitions dominating.

"Luis is now concentrating on the current season and doing well to win a place in the Colombia squad."
