Hellas Verona's playmaker-in-chief Jorginho is determined to see out at least another season before thinking about a move, despite Arsenal and Chelsea keeping a close eye.

The Premier League clubs were believed to have sent scouts to Verona's game against Parma on Sunday, and they wouldn't have been disappointed with the Brazil-born midfielder.

Jorginho grabbed a brace as a 3-2 win sent Verona to fourth in Serie A. The player is also being targeted by Liverpool, Fiorentina and Borussia Dortmund, with Arsenal already making some initial contact.

However, Jorginho is happy to increase his value further by staying true for another season, with his contract set to expire in 2016.

"Staying another season with Verona will only make me better.

"The beginning was very hard. I wanted to return to Brazil, then at Verona [Brazilian goalkeeper] Rafael helped me a lot."

Jorginho has already bagged himself an impressive five goals in eight Serie A games, with Verona enjoying a run of five wins and two draws in their nine encounters so far.
