Galatasaray president Unal Aysal has invited Chelsea to make an offer for Wesley Sneijder, as speculation continues to swirl linking Jose Mourinho with wanting a reunion with the Dutch playmaker.

Sneijder played under Mourinho at Inter Milan and has remained firm friends with the Portuguese, even asking for his advice over moving to Galatasaray in January 2013.

The Dutchman is a key figure at the Turk Telekom Arena, but Galatasaray's president is willing to sell Sneijder to Chelsea for the right price, if the former Real Madrid player wants to go.

"If Chelsea make a proposal of €15m, I'll give Sneijder permission to go if that's what he wants", Aysal told reporters when asked.

The president's words are an about turn from his stance over Sneijder last summer.

Then again the playmaker was regularly linked with moving to Chelsea, but Aysal was unequivocal about the club's desire to keep the Holland international.

"We have no desire to sell Wesley Sneijder", he said at the time.
