Borussia Monchengladbach are keen to take Marko Marin off Chelsea's hands this summer.

The Germany midfielder spent the season on loan at Sevilla in Spain and Los Rojiblancos have been hoping to keep hold of the schemer into 2014/15.

However, according to Seville-based daily Estadio Deportivo, Gladbach are pushing Chelsea to allow Marin to head to Germany next term.

Marin himself has admitted his future is up in the air and it remains to be seen what Chelsea decide to do.

The midfielder said earlier this month: "Sevilla would like me to stay here, but in England they say they would like me to go to Chelsea."

Marin helped Sevilla lift the Europa League this season, coming off the bench in the 78th minute in a final against Benfica which was decided on penalties.
