PSV Eindhoven coach Phillip Cocu has warned the club's starlet Memphis Depay against leaving this summer, despite Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur being on his tail.

Depay clocked up an impressive 2013/14 campaign at the Philips Stadion and has added to his reputation with a series of well-received displays at the World Cup.

The winger knows he is a wanted man, commenting recently: "Of course I've read that Manchester United, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are interested."

And Depay has promised to review his club future following the conclusion of the Oranje's World Cup campaign.

For his coach at club level, Cocu, there is only one conclusion Depay should reach – to remain in the Eredivisie for a little longer.

"He has just finished a season as a regular player in the Eredivisie. Going now would be, in my eyes, too fast", Cocu explained to Omroep Brabant.

Cocu, who had a notable spell with Barcelona as a player and won over 100 caps for the Netherlands, also insists that no club have yet made an offer and he is looking forward to welcoming Depay back to the side's De Herdgang training base.

"There is not a single club that have come to us.

"I trust that I can greet Memphis at De Herdgang after the World Cup."
