Juventus are actively planning for the potential departure of Paul Pogba and sent scouts to watch Manchester City's Samir Nasri in action last night, according to Sky Italia.

Pogba only recently extended his contract in Turin, but still continues to be linked with a big-money move away from the Italian champions in the summer.

A return to former club Manchester United has been mooted for Pogba, while Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are also thought to be keen on snapping up the France international.

Juventus are well aware they may receive an offer which proves impossible to turn down and are actively looking at potential replacements.

One of the candidates is Pogba's countryman Nasri, who turns out for English champions Manchester City.

Nasri played just over an hour for Manchester City in their 2-1 defeat to Barcelona in the Champions League last night and is a key man for boss Manuel Pellegrini.

His contract at the Etihad Stadium runs until the summer of 2019 and Juventus may have to dig deep to persuade the Citizens to part with the 27-year-old.
