Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette does not appear to be on the same page as his president Jean-Michel Aulas and has refused to confirm whether he will remain with Les Gones.

Aulas has been firm in his stance that the striker will not be sold this summer, even to the point of dismissing interest from Liverpool, who he says cannot afford his gem.

But the hitman himself, who scored 27 goals in Ligue 1 this season and won the league's best player award, is not as certain that he will still be at the Stade Gerland come the kick off of the 2015/16 season as his president is.

Lacazette told Le Parisien: "I have not made my decision.

"I will go on holiday, let my agent talk and take care of all that. I won't be disturbed. It won't worry me at all", he added.

But Lacazette says once he has made a decision he expects things to move quickly regarding his future.

"Once I have decided, I want everything to go quickly."

However, in what will come as a blow to Liverpool, but a boost to fellow suitors Arsenal, Lacazette says Champions League football is a must.

"The number one test is somewhere that I can have fun…along with a club which already plays in the Champions League.

"I could stay at Lyon having had a terrible season, just as I could go when I've had an outstanding season. Everything depends on the destination actually."
