Bayern Munich are considering making an offer for Chelsea linked defender Kalidou Koulibaly this summer.

The German champions have already signed Renato Sanches and Mats Hummels on big money transfers this season and recently indicated that they are finished with their summer business.

However, it has been claimed new coach Carlo Ancelotti is still looking to add one more defender in the next few months and according to German magazine Sport Bild, Koulibaly is one of the names the Bavarians are tracking.

The 24-year-old’s future at Napoli has come under the scanner in recent weeks because of his public admission he could move on if he is not handed a good contract deal and the club are not at all happy with his behaviour.

Koulibaly is in talks to sign a new contract with Napoli, but has also attracted the interest of Chelsea who are reportedly ready to offer €30m for the Senegalese international.

However, the Premier League heavyweights could now face competition from Bayern Munich, who are considering making a move for the Napoli defender during the summer transfer window.

His present contract with the Serie A giants runs until 2019.

The defender, who joined Napoli from Belgian outfit Genk in the summer of 2014, has earned six international caps for Senegal.
