Emanuele Giaccherini would drop everything to sign for Antonio Conte at Chelsea this summer, his agent has revealed.

The winger is currently playing under Conte for Italy at Euro 2016, but is expected to be on the move at club level following the tournament.

Giaccherini is under contract to Premier League side Sunderland, but spent last term on loan back in Italy with Bologna after falling out of favour at the Stadium of Light.

He has a number of Italian sides on his tail, including Fiorentina, his agent explained, but would drop everything if Conte wanted him at Stamford Bridge.

Furio Valcareggi said on Italian radio station Lady Radio: "There is Torino, Bologna and there is also a team abroad.

"I'd like to see him here at Fiorentina, undoubtedly, but we have other situations at stake now.

"This is probably the high point of Giaccherini's career.

"If Conte calls, we'll fly to Chelsea", the winger's agent added.

Giaccherini is firmly in favour with Conte, under whom he played during his time at Juventus before being sold to Sunderland in 2013 as the Bianconeri looked to raise funds.

The 31-year-old has just a year left on his contract with Sunderland and the Black Cats are claimed to want €4m for him.
