Lyon are keeping a close watch on Ryad Boudebouz's situation, with the attacking midfielder having already attracted the attention of a trio of Premier League clubs in the shape of Southampton, West Brom and West Ham.

Boudebouz is expected to move on to pastures new from Montpellier this summer, with the Ligue 1 outfit looking for around €8m to €10m for the Algeria international.

He has been in good form in the current campaign, chipping in with eleven goals in 31 Ligue 1 games and earning links with a number of clubs in the process.

Boudebouz could yet stay in France though and according to French daily Le Progres, Lyon are keeping a close watch on his situation.

Lyon have tracked the 27-year-old for some time and this coming summer could be when they choose to make their move for Boudebouz.

However, Lyon could still face a battle to convince Boudebouz to join, especially if a club with Champions League football to offer join the running.

Earlier this month Boudebouz admitted that he longs to play Champions League football, something none of his main current suitors will be able to offer for next season.
