In-demand Saint-Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has a preference for moving to the English Premier League in the summer, despite interest from clubs in Germany and Italy, according to Mercato365.

Aubameyang has impressed his suitors with some superb displays for Les Verts this season and the Gabon international is helping to push the club towards a top three Champions League spot in Ligue 1.

Saint-Etienne won again at the weekend, beating Evian 1-0, and now sit in third place, ahead of Lyon on goal difference.

Aubameyang has been linked with Borussia Dortmund in Germany, AC Milan, Inter and Roma in Italy, while Saint-Etienne have not given up hope of keeping hold of him and Paris Saint-Germain could try to keep the goal-getter in France – but the 23-year-old’s preference, if he leaves, is for England.
